Logain has saved the Caemlyn refugees. He is dismayed that the sa'angreal may have been lost in the earthquakes that took the Heights, but he realizes that the refugees don't fear him or the Asha'man, but are grateful, and even adoring. He sees the light, and breaks all of the seals.
