How to Clear World 8 Tank 2

Go to the right and jump on top of the horizontal cannon. There is a ceiling cannon shooting a cannonball down at an angle, then three floor cannons shooting upward at an angle. Then there are two diagonal cannons pointed away from you, then two horizontal cannons pointed at you.

The next part of the tank has a diagonal ceiling cannon pointed away from you, and five Rocky Wrenches.

After that, there is a ceiling segment with three diagonal cannons.

Then there is a tank with three diagonal cannons, a Bob-omb cannon, another diagonal cannon, and two horizontal cannons. Above that, there is a Rocky Wrench.

Jump to the next segment and go down the pipe.

Boom Boom

Boom Boom will move left and right, and sometimes he will crouch and slide. Whenever he crouches, his spiky shell is not safe to stomp on. Try to stomp on him when he is running around. You can also hit him with fireballs. After you stomp him the first time, he will start flying in the air, going left and right, then he sometimes stops and swoops down, then lands on the ground and crouches, showing his spiky shell. Try to stomp him just after he starts flying again. After you stomp on him a second time, he will very quickly run left and right, so jump carefully to avoid letting him bump into you.

After you stomp him a third time, he is defeated, and drops a Magic Ball. Collect it and you will complete the level.

After the Level

The locked door disappears, clearing the way for you to go to the final level of the game, Bowser's Castle!
