How to Clear Forest Ghost House

Go to the right, and there is a Big Boo, followed by two regular-sized Boos. Part of the floor is lower, and you should run into that part, turn left, and crouch to avoid the Eerie that comes from the right.

Then go to the right, past several Boos, including a vertical line of five Boos (or fewer if there are too many items on screen). Lure the five Boos downward so you can jump over them and continue going to the right.

Keep going to the right, but when you jump up to the higher ledge, watch out for the Eeries that fly overhead.

Go to the right and you reach a large room. There is an Eerie, followed by three Eeries in a vertical line that you need to dodge soon after you enter the room.

Next, there is a raised platform with two Prize Blocks and a Dragon Coin, as well as several Eeries that float past. The Prize Block on the left contains a coin, and the Prize Block on the right contains a Cape Feather.

Go to the right and go through the door.

There is a Boo Crew in the upper part of the screen, and Boos sometimes float down from it to try to hit you, so watch your step.

Go to the right and try to hit the Flying Prize Block, which contains a Fire Flower.

Jump over the walls that are in your way, then hit the Prize Block to get a Cape Feather, and get the Dragon Coin after the Prize Block.

After that, there are two more Dragon Coins, then you see a P Switch, but don't hit it yet. If you are Small Mario, you can hit the Block down below to get a 1-Up Mushroom.

Ignore the yellow door after the P Switch. It just leads back to an earlier part of the Ghost House. Instead, pick up and carry the P Switch and jump into the second area that has a line of coins above it, and go to the right side. Then step on the P Switch to reveal a hidden door. Go through.

You will end up on top of the hallway that you went through earlier. Go to the left, and there is a door, but before you go through it, go to the left to get the last Dragon Coin. There is actually a door to the left, as well. If you go through the door to the right of where the Dragon Coin was, you reach a Giant Gate that unlocks the path to the west and leads to Forest of Illusion 4 If you go through the door to the left of where the Dragon Coin was, it goes to a Giant Gate that has a 3-Up Moon next to it, but it just unlocks the path east to Forest of Illusion 1. However, this exit counts as a separate exit in the list of 96 exits.
