How to clear Donut Secret House in Super Mario World for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System and Game Boy Advance.

How to Reach Donut Secret House
To reach Donut Secret House, find the secret exit in Donut Secret 1.
How to Clear Donut Secret House
Go to the right. After you go up some stairs, you find some Circling Boo Buddies. There is a gap in the circle that you can go through to reach the lower ledge on the right. Go to the left of that ledge, then when the gap in the circle is below you, fall off the left side, then go to the right. When the gap in the circle is to the right, go to the right.
In this area, an Eerie will float past. Jump on the P Switch, then go to the left. Jump on the Jumping Board to get the coin if you wish (hold the jump button to jump higher on it), then get on the ground and hold X or Y to take the Jumping Board. Drop it in front of the Big Boo, then jump on it to get over the Big Boo.
Go to the right and go through the door.
Donut Secret House, Part 2
Go to the left and hit the Prize Block to get a Super Mushroom or Fire Flower. Then go to the left, past a Boo, and there are more Circling Boo Buddies. Jump through the gap when it is lined up with the hole in the wall, then hit the Prize Block repeatedly and quickly to make as many coins come out as possible before it turns into a Brown Block. Then jump on top of the Brown Block, then jump through the gap on the left when it is lined up with the hole in the wall.
Get the five coins that are in the shape of a door, but don't forget where these coins were.
Go to the left and you see a door that you can't reach. Jump on the Blocks to go to the left. Hit the Message Block to see a message about the five secret entrances to the Star World.
Go to the left, jumping over the two Boos. Ignore the door to the left, because it just takes you back to an earlier part of the Ghost House. Instead, pick up the P Switch and take it to the right. If you want to go to the secret exit, put the P Switch down to the right of the message block. If you want to use the regular exit, take the P Switch to the right of the Blocks with the unreachable door, and skip to Giant Gate Path on this page.
Secret Exit Path, Part 1
With the P Switch to the right of the Message Block, step on the P Switch, then jump up onto the Blocks on the right. There is a 1-Up Mushroom that you can get before you go to the Secret Exit, but if you don't want it, skip ahead to Secret Exit Path, Part 2 on this page. If you do want a 1-Up Mushroom before you go to the secret exit, then go through the door that you can now reach because of the Prize Blocks that appeared underneath it. Then hit the Prize Block to make a snake of coins appear. You can control the direction of the coin snake with the directional pad buttons, so try to move the snake side to side and up and down (but don't let it hit the walls or floor) so it can continue to fill the area with coins.
Don't go to the right, because the door there just takes you back to an earlier part of the Ghost House. Instead, go to the left side of the room, past Boo ghosts, and go through the door there. It takes you to a Block that contains a 1-Up Mushroom. Jump on the Brown Block, then jump up to reach the door, and go through. Go back to Donut Secret House, Part 2 on this page for directions on how to get back to the Secret Exit Path.
Secret Exit Path, Part 2
Make sure the P Switch is to the right of the Message Block. You need to do the next part quickly, so read this first. Step on the P Switch, and instead of going through the door on top of the Prize Blocks, stand on the middle Prize Block and jump straight up to make a Beanstalk appear. Quickly climb up it, then run to the right before the Blue Door at the end of the platform disappears. Go through it and you will reach a miniboss room.
Big Boo Miniboss
There are two Boos and a Big Boo that starts out mostly invisible. Hold X or Y to pick up a Grab Block from the floor, then hold Up while standing under the mostly-invisible Big Boo, and wait for it to fully appear, then let go of X or Y to throw the Grab Block at the Big Boo. After it disappears again, it will float to a random part of the room before it reappears again. Be careful not to make a hole in the floor, because if you fall through, you lose a life. After you hit the Big Boo three times, it will be defeated and the level will end. The path to the south will unlock, and you will be asked if you want to save. The path south of Donut Secret House leads to Star Road, where you can reach Star World 1.
Giant Gate Path
With the P Switch to the right of the unreachable door, step on the P Switch to reveal a Blue Door on the wooden platform. If you didn't collect the coins above that platform, you can jump up through the platform to reach the Blue Door. Go through the Blue Door and you will exit the Ghost House. Go through the Giant Gate to complete the level. The path to the east will unlock, and you will be asked if you want to save. Then you can go east and enter the pipe to go to Donut Secret 2.
