How to clear Choco-Ghost House in Super Mario World for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System and Game Boy Advance.

How to Clear Choco-Ghost House
Go to the right and you find a Haunted Hole, which is a hole in the floor that moves left and right. Keep your distance from it after you jump over it. After the Haunted Hole, there are two Eeries that float in a straight line from right to left. Jump over them.
Next, after a raised platform, there is another Haunted Hole, as well as a formation of five Eeries that go up and down in an alternating pattern. Try to crouch beneath them without getting too close to the Haunted Hole. You can try to jump over the Eeries instead, but you might hit them if you aren't Caped Mario and can't float.
Then there is a formation of three Eeries that go up and down in a wave, and another Haunted Hole after them. Then there are two Eeries, one up above and one on the floor, so jump over the one on the floor. There is another Haunted Hole after that.
Then there is a Fishin' Boo that is similar to a Fishin' Lakitu. You'll get hurt if you hit the blue flame on its fishing line. Go to the right, dodging the blue flame. Carefully jump over the Eerie, then when you go down another set of stairs, stay in the lower area to avoid the Eerie that moves horizontally above the area.
Go to the lower platform on the right and hit the Prize Block to get a Cape Feather, but watch out for the five Eeries that go across the screen overhead.
Then go to the right, carefully jump over the Haunted Holes and avoid the two Eeries that go up and down, then jump through the small gap between the next two Eeries while also avoiding the Haunted Hole in the floor.
Then there is another Haunted Hole, another Eerie to jump over, and finally, a door, but you have to wait for the Haunted Hole to not be beneath the door before you try to go through it.
Choco-Ghost House, Part 2
Go to the right, and there are three Boo Buddy Blocks. If you turn your back on them, they transform into Boos and start chasing you. They turn back into solid blocks whenever you are facing them. So keep facing them, and jump on them to hit the Prize Block, which contains a Fire Flower, then run to the right so you're on solid ground and can turn to face the Boo Buddy Blocks again.
You will need to make these Boo Buddy Blocks follow you, unless you want to get an optional 1-Up Mushroom. If you don't want to get the mushroom, make sure that these three Boo Buddy Blocks keep following you.
The next area has a line of Boo Buddies that moves diagonally around the room. Don't let it hit you.
Jump through the hole in the wall on the right, and you will see a door up above. If you want an optional 1-Up Mushroom, skip this paragraph. If you don't want the optional 1-Up Mushroom, make the Boo Buddy Blocks chase you so that they are beneath the hole that you have to jump up through to reach the door, then turn to face them. (If you lost them, go to the left to find them and make them follow you.) Go up to the door and go through, and go through the Giant Gate to complete the level, and skip to After the Level on this page.
If you do want the 1-Up Mushroom, go to the right and you'll find a room with three platforms. Get on the middle platform, then jump the platform on the right, then jump through the hole in the wall. Then go through the middle corridor on the right, but watch out for the three Boo Buddy Blocks. The regular Block on the right contains a 1-Up Mushroom, but wait for the diagonal line of Boo Buddies to go past before you try to get it.
Then, to reach the door that you saw, you have to make the Boo Buddy Blocks follow you, then when you reach the hole in the ceiling that leads to the door, turn to face them so you can jump on them and reach the door. Go through.
After the Level
The path to the south will unlock and you can go to Chocolate Island 2.
