To reach the Blue Switch Palace, use the secret exit in Forest of Illusion 2.

How to Clear the Blue Switch Palace

Don't hit either of the switches yet. Instead, jump over them and make sure that you get some of the coins above the switches. Then step on the Blue P Switch (on the left), followed by the Gray P Switch (on the right). Collect any Gray Coins that fall from above, then make a running jump to get onto the Brown Blocks above you, and run to the right to collect any remaining Gray Coins. After the switches time out, collect the remaining coins, then go through the pipe on the right.

Go to the right until you find a giant Blue Switch. Jump on it and you will see an explanation of what it does. Press a button to complete the level. You will be asked whether or not to save the game. Now all the blue Dotted Line Blocks throughout Dinosaur Land will now have Blue Blocks in them.
