After you make your way up through the Hebra Mountain Passage, you reach Hebra Mountain, home of Holy Mount Lanayru.
Explore Hebra Mountain
Go northwest to check on the waypoint and add it to your map.
Go southeast and defeat the monster and learn the Snomaul echo.
Continue going south, and check the Stamp Stand.
When you start to go south and east, there will be a cutscene where Tri says it's getting much colder. You will take damage if you don't have a way to protect yourself from the cold. You can create a Brazier or other fire-based echo and carry it around, but you won't be able to do certain things if you're carrying something. So you might want to go to a smoothie shop and make smoothies that use Warm Peppers. You can buy Warm Peppers at the Gerudo Town shop. See the List of Drinks and look for drinks with "warming" in the name. Good combinations are Warm Pepper + Rocktato for a 3-minute chill-proof effect, and Warm Pepper + Monster Fang for a 5-minute chill-proof effect. You can buy Rocktatoes in Goron City. See The Path to Eldin Volcano for directions to Goron City.
Go southeast from the Stamp Stand and pull up the treasure chest. Open it to get 3 Twisted Pumpkins.
Nearby, defeat the monsters and learn the Leever echo.
Northeast of that, you can learn the Ice Keese echo.
Then go north, and there will be a cutscene.
If you keep going north, you can find a buried treasure chest that contains 6 twisted pumpkins.
Northwest of that, you can use fire echoes such as a brazier or Ignizol to melt the ice pillars that are in front of a ladder. Go up the ladder.
Defeat the Snomaul, then go down and right. Use a fire echo to melt the ice pillars, then go to the right and learn the Ice Block echo. Then melt the ice blocks and create ice blocks as needed to make some stairs leading up to the right.
Defeat the Snomaul to the right, then melt the ice pillar to the right and climb up the rock wall, and open the chest to get 8 jars of floral nectar.
Then go down to where there are ice blocks below. Melt them and go down below. To the right, the water is so cold that you will freeze if you stay in it for too long. You will need to use ice blocks to walk over this water, unless you have drinks that protect from freezing, such as Piping-Hot Potion, which is made with a Warm Pepper and Monster Guts. Melt any ice blocks in your way, or push them into the water, and use ice blocks to go past the freezing water.
When you make it to the other side, use the ice blocks to make your way up to the top of the room. Defeat the Snomaul at the top, then go to the left, go down the ladder, press R to spin and hit the switch, and open the treasure chest to get a golden egg.
Then you can go to the left until you reach the ladder on the left. Go down the ladder to exit the cave.
If you drank a warming beverage, be sure to check if the warming effect is still active.
Go southeast, then east past the brazier and the sleeping creature. Follow the path, then it will split, and you can go northeast to find a Business Scrub, as well as hot springs that you can stand in to restore your health. Check on the waypoint behind the Business Scrub's stall. Then talk to the Business Scrub to start the quest Getting it Twisted.
Go south from there. Follow the path until you're near a waterfall. Create ice blocks to jump up to the treasure chest. Open it to get 11 monster guts.
Continue to go east and follow the path. Eventually you find a waypoint. Check on it to add it to your map.
Then go northeast and approach the large building made of ice. There will be a cutscene.
Check on the objects in the southwest of the house, then the picture on the back wall, then the book to the right of the picture. Then there will be a cutscene. Go outside and there will be another cutscene.
Before you go into the cave, you can optionally go south and follow the narrow path to the east, which leads to a Moblin fortification. Some of the Moblins are frozen in the ice pillars, so you will need to use fire echoes to melt those. There is also a Stamp Stand between the Moblin fortification and Condé's house.
Northeast of the Moblin fortification, there is a narrow path that leads to a cave. Go in. At the north end of the cave, defeat the Moblin and learn the Sword Moblin Lv. 3 echo. When the Moblin is gone, open the chest to get an Energy Belt. When equipped, it greatly increases the amount of energy that drops from dark monsters.
When you're ready to move on, warp to the waypoint near Condé's house and go northeast to the cave that he dug out. Go into the cave.
Cave Near Condé's House
Melt the northeastern pillar to reveal a door. Go through.
Defeat or ignore the ice keese, then go through the northeast door.
Melt or jump over the ice blocks. Go through the east door, and you can create a flying echo and pick it up to glide down to the platform in the middle. When a snowball goes past, press ZR to learn the Snowball echo. Then create ice blocks to stop the snowballs. Go up the ramp, creating more ice blocks to stop the snowballs before they can hit you, then open the chest at the end to get 50 rupees. Go back down the slope and go up the rock wall, and go through the west door.
Melt the ice in the northwest part of the room to find a hidden door. Go through.
Approach Condé, and there will be a cutscene.
Melt the ice pillar in the west part of the room and go through the door that the pillar was blocking.
Check the glowing spot, then check the entrance to go into the Stilled Hebra Mountain Cave.
