On Hebra Mountain, you can find a Business Scrub northeast of a small rift. Talk to that Business Scrub to start the quest.

How to Complete the Quest

Talk to the Business Scrub and agree to give it a twisted pumpkin. If you don't have any, you can defeat Snomauls on Hebra Mountain until you get one.

Quest Reward

You get 10 warm peppers, and the Business Scrub opens the Hebra Mountain Smoothie Shop.
