At the end of Faron Temple, you have to battle the giant spider, Gohma.

How to Defeat Gohma

First Phase

Try to burn the webs that Gohma creates, then try to use swordfighter form or monster echoes to destroy the Baby Gohma eggs before they turn into Baby Gohmas. The eggs sometimes drop energy.

Use electric monster echoes, such as Electric Wizzrobes, to hit the green crystals on Gohma's legs. Then while Gohma is stunned, hit its eye repeatedly.

Gohma sometimes opens its eye and shoots a laser at you that follows you or any enemies around. Try to create a lot of monster echoes so the laser won't point at you, allowing you to hit the eye with an arrow. If the laser is following you, just keep running away from it until the laser stops, then target the eye and hit it with arrows in swordfighter form. Then hit the eye repeatedly while Gohma is stunned. Gohma will eventually get up and do a spin attack, so stay away.

Second Phase

Gohma will walk toward you, then open its pincers. Don't be in front of Gohma's pincers or it will attack you with them. Use Buzz Blobs to electrify all three crystals on Gohma's legs. Then while Gohma is stunned, hit its eye repeatedly.

After the Battle

Afterward, there will be a cutscene. Tri's level gauge will increase. You will receive 5 might crystals. There will be an additional cutscene after this, and you will receive Farore's Sanction.

Take the Heart Container (or leave it there for an extra challenge), then go to the glowing spot and talk to Tri, and say Yes if you're ready to exit the dungeon. There will be a cutscene. This completes the quest "A Rift in the Faron Wetlands".
