Stilled Hebra Mountain Cave

After you meet Condé on Hebra Mountain, you can enter a cave that leads to a place where Tri can make an entrance to the rift.

Find Tri's Friends, Part 1

Go south along the small snowy islands. Use echoes to melt the ice pillars in the way. You can use water blocks to get past the ice pillars that are on the east side of the island. Then melt the ice pillar on the last island and check the glowing object to rescue one of Tri's friends.

Find Tri's Friends, Part 2

Go back to the entrance of the rift, then go north. Jump east onto the icy island, but it's slippery, so be careful. Defeat the Ice Keese or ignore them, then make your way north on the island. Melt the ice pillars in the way, then use water blocks or other echoes to reach the top of the ledge. Check on the glowing object to rescue another of Tri's friends.

Find Tri's Friends, Part 3

Go south, then west, and jump onto the snowy island. Go north and make an ice block to stand on, then hold Y to create a fire echo on the sideways ice pillar to melt it. Then use echoes to go across. Create water blocks or other echoes to go up to the glowing ice pillar. Stand on the tree beneath the ice pillar, and melt the pillar with a fire echo. Check on the glowing object to rescue another of Tri's friends.

Find Tri's Friends, Part 4

Go up to the top of this island and defeat the dark Spear Moblin on the right. Then check on the glowing object that was behind the Spear Moblin to rescue another of Tri's friends.

Find Tri's Friends, Part 5

Go west until you're at the northwest part of the sideways island, then go south on the sideways cliff on the west side of the island. Jump from there to the island to the south where there is a Snomaul. Defeat the Snomaul, and the other Snomaul to the south, then melt the glowing ice pillar and check on the glowing object to rescue the last of Tri's friends.

There will be a cutscene. Tri's level gauge will increase. You receive 2 Might Crystals.

Go east through the door. There will be a cutscene. Afterward, go through the north door. Melt the ice, defeat the Moblin, then melt the rest of the ice. Go through the opening in the right side of the room.

Wait for a snowball to fall, then go to the right side of the room and go up the ladder. Climb up the rock wall but try not to get hit by a snowball, then defeat the Snomaul up and to the right. Before you leave, hold Y to create an Ice Block in the path of the falling snowballs, then as soon as a snowball breaks on the ice, quickly get rid of the ice block and go to the left and open the chest to the left of where the snowballs are falling. It contains a monster stone.

Then go to the right and go up the ladder. Then go south to go outside.

Check on the waypoint to add it to your map.

Defeat the Octo in the water and learn the Ice Octo echo, but be sure to drink a warming potion so you don't freeze in the water.

To the northeast, you can defeat an Ice Wizzrobe and learn the Ice Wizzrobe echo.

In the southeast part of the pool of water with the Ice Wizzrobe, there is a buried treasure chest. It contains 20 rupees.

Go to the left side of the pool of water where you found the Ice Wizzrobe, and use echoes to go to the top of the cliff. There is a Piece of Heart there.

To the southwest, the water has a lot of Ice Octos and Ice Keese. In the southwest part of that area, there is an island with a Piece of Heart.

Northwest of that, there is a cave entrance. Go in.

Cave

The broken floors here will break if you stand on them for too long. There is a Zirro that spits bombs, and the bombs will break the floor as well. Carefully go to the north ledge and use echoes to go up to the door. Go through.

This room is full of Wind Cannons that will push you around on the ice. Create boulder echoes in front of the Wind Cannons to block the wind. You can hold Y to create boulders at a distance, and press X to bind to boulders and move them around. Make your way north. You can target the Gustmaster by pressing ZL, then press X to bind to it, and drop it into the pit.

Before you continue, you might want to push the right stick like a button to see an overhead view. Then use echoes, such as a Flying Tile echo, to go north past where the Gustmaster was. Then go west through the door.

Defeat the two Ice Keese. There is also an enemy hidden behind the northeast ice blocks.

Go through the west door and melt the ice, then open the chest to get 6 handfuls of monster guts. Go back through the east door, then go through the north door.

You have to defeat the two ice monsters. If you don't have any drinks that prevent you from becoming frozen, keep your distance from these enemies and use monster echoes to defeat them. Then learn the Freezard echo.

Go west through the door.

The frozen Sword Moblin will break out, so defeat it or ignore it, then go west through the door.

Defeat the two Spear Moblins in this room, then go through the north door.

Go to the left, but beware of the icicles that drop from the ceiling. Carefully climb left on the rock wall while avoiding the falling icicles. Go left to the next room.

Defeat the Ice Octos on the left, then climb left on the rock wall while avoiding the falling icicles. There are more Ice Octos to the left, so try to use echoes to defeat them before you proceed.

Make your way up to where there is a moving platform. Break the two pots on the left, then create two statues on top of each other to block the icy wind from the left. Then create an echo on the right side of the moving platform to block the icy wind from the right.

At the top, climb up the ladder, then hold Y to create an echo to block the upper icy wind. When the platform moves above the lower wind, jump onto it to go up. Then go to the left and go up the ladder. Then go south to go outside.

Go southwest and defeat the Ice Keese. To the west, there is a Freezard and another type of monster. Defeat them and learn the Moa echo.

To the left, go past the snowballs until you can go north to a rock wall. Climb up. You can optionally go up the north path (create Ice Blocks to break the falling snowballs) to get a Piece of Heart. Then come back to the top of the rock wall and go east. There is a Might Crystal frozen in the ice pillar on the way.

Keep going east and there will be a cutscene. Check on the waypoint. There are many snowballs coming down this slope, so be careful. You can optionally go northwest to find a buried chest that contains 50 rupees. Then go back to where you saw Condé. You can optionally go east to find Stamp Guy in front of a rift with a glowing spot. Talk to Stamp Guy to start the quest Stamp Stand Swallowed.

Then go back to where you saw Condé, and go north, then northeast. Go into the cave you find there.

Cave 2

Climb left on the rock wall, then put an ice block in the path of the snowballs, and go left until you reach a ladder. Climb up.

Go to the right and defeat the Ice Octo, then use echoes to go to the right. Go up the ladder, then use ice blocks to help you go to the left past where the snowballs are rolling. Climb up the rock wall on the left, then bind to an ice block and push it in front of you to block oncoming snowballs. Create a stack of ice blocks to stop any snowballs from falling off of the ledge above, then create a Strandtula echo to climb up the thread and jump to the left, so you can reach the ledge that the snowballs are coming from. Then use an ice block to reach the chest on the left. Open it to get 4 monster fangs. Then go back to the right and climb up the ladder.

There is a hot spring, but there are rock monsters in it. Defeat them and learn the Temper Tweelus echo.

Then go south and go outside. There will be a cutscene. Afterward, go north and check on the waypoint. Then go south, east, and north, and approach the rift. There will be a cutscene.

Check on the glowing spot on the rift, then check on the entrance to go into Stilled Hebra Mountain.
