After you make it to the top of Hebra Mountain and cross the clouds in the stilled mountain, you arrive in Lanayru Temple.
Check on the waypoint. Then melt the ice pillars in the northwest part of the room to get a Twisted Pumpkin. Then go north through the door.
Go through the west door. Defeat the two Ice Octos, then open the chest to get 5 portions of rock salt.
Go through the east door and create some Old Beds in the water so you can walk and jump to the right side of the room. Stand north of the glowing object and bind to it, then walk and jump along the path you created. Move the glowing object onto the pedestal in the west side of the room and it will activate the heater in the previous room.
Go through the west door, then go down the ladder.
Create snowball echoes to quickly defeat the Snomaul. Go to the right and do the same. Then create a Platboom in the middle of the floor and jump onto it, and when it falls, create another Platboom beneath you. It should lift you high up enough to reach the chest, which contains 3 monster fangs.
Go back down, then use echoes to go to the top of the ledge, and go down the ladder.
Push the boulder south to block the icy wind. Then create a boulder in front of the other icy wind. Defeat the Ice Keese and go through the northwest door.
Create a boulder to block the icy wind on the left, then go through the northwest door.
Hold Y to create a boulder in front of the icy wind behind the bars, then press X to bind to the glowing object on the right. Place it in the pedestal on the left. Then go south to the previous room.
Hold Y to create a couple of ice blocks in front of the icy wind, then get in the water and hold A to dive down and get the Small Key. Then go to the right side of the room. There are various ways to get past the hot air vents. For example, create a Platboom in the water, then put boulders on the right side of it to block the hot air. Then unlock the door and go through.
Go downward until your path is blocked by icy wind. You can create statues at a distance, stacking three statues on top of each other, to block the icy wind, then climb down the rock wall until you're past the wind, and hold ZR to remove the statues from your path.
Then start climbing up, and when your path is blocked by four icy winds, climb down and bind to the icicle, then climb up, and the icicle will block the icy wind as you go up.
In the next section, wait for an icicle to block the two icy winds, and bind to it, and climb down past the icy winds. Release that icicle, then bind to the one on the right and climb down the rest of the way. Then go down the ladder.
Use clouds to go above the first two icy winds. Keep going up until you find a door to the north. Go through. Open the chest to get a golden egg. Then go south to the previous room. Use clouds or other echoes to go over the pits as soon as the icy wind stops. Then go through the door on the east side of the room.
Melt the upper-right ice block to reveal a hidden ladder. Go down.
Go downward through this room. Go to the left side, where there is a ledge beneath a rock wall. Create clouds here so you can jump from the lower rock wall to the upper rock wall. Defeat the Freeze Slug, then go to the bottom, where there is a glowing object. Don't allow the glowing object to get hit by ice, or it will turn cold. You need it to stay warm. Start by binding to the object, then when the lower icy wind stops, quickly climb up before the icy wind can start again. Then go to where you created clouds in the left part of the room and jump up them to reach the upper rock wall, but don't let the glowing object get too far to the right. Climb up to the pedestal at the top of the room and place the glowing object in the pedestal. If you did it correctly, the previous room will heat up. Go to the left and go up the ladder.
Go through the northeast door. Create an ice block to the right of the east button, and to the south of the west button. Then create an Armos that goes west and eat, stepping on the east button, and an Armos that goes north and south, stepping on the south button. Adjust their positions so they both step on their buttons at the same time. You can also create additional ice blocks to make them go a shorter distance before stepping on the switches. Open the chest that appears, and get the Small Key. Then go to the previous room.
Unlock the door and go through.
Defeat all the Temper Tweelus in this room and open the chest to get the Dungeon Map.
Go through the west door. Check on the waypoint to add it to your map, then go through the north door.
Green Monster
A green monster will bounce up out of the hot spring. It will bounce high up into the air, then try to crash down onto you. Watch its shadow and keep moving to avoid it. You will be stunned for a moment by the ground shaking when it lands. Boulders will also crash down from above, so watch out for their shadows so they don't land on you. Some of the boulders will drop energy.
Use a frozen enemy echo to freeze it. The Ice Wizzrobe from the top of Hebra Mountain is especially effective. Then hit the monster repeatedly while it is frozen. The monster will split in two. Keep freezing the monster and hitting it. The smaller ones will take a deep breath, then spit out a stream of hot air, so stay away.
After the Green Monster is gone, go through the north door.
Go down and use a brazier echo to melt the ice pillar and light the unlit torch. Go down the ladder and melt the ice pillar. Go to the right and use a fire monster echo to light the torch up above the water. Then go to the left and go down the ladder.
Go to the right, where four icicles are falling from the ceiling. Hold Y, and after the icicles fall, create a brazier on top of the unlit torch to light it.
Go to the left and down the ladders, and defeat the Fire Keese to the left. Then hold Y to create a Fire Keese above the bars that are just below the air vent. Hold ZL to target the unlit torch so the Keese hits it.
Go back up the ladders, then go left and down to where the door opened. Go down the ladder to the next room.
Go south and you will see the Big Chest behind bars. Go through the door south of the bars. You can't do anything with the glowing object at the moment, so just go south to the next room. Defeat the enemies, then open the chest to get 3 twisted pumpkins. Then go through the south door.
Go through the east door, then through the north door. Defeat the enemies, and cover up the icy wind with an ice block. Then go back to the beginning of the room and bind to the glowing object, and take it back up to the pedestal in the northwest part of the room.
Go south and dive underwater. Go to the right side of the room and defeat the Tektites and learn the Tektite Lv. 2 echo. Then use a water block to float up and jump over the bars on the right side of the room. Open the chest to get a Monster Stone.
Go back to the west side of the room and go through the west door.
Bind to the boulder in the water and drop it on the switch underwater. The west door opens. Go through.
Ignore the floor switches for now and go through the west door.
Bind to the glowing object. You need to make it frozen before you put it into the pedestal on the left. Bind to it and bring it to the middle so it freezes, but when you go to the left, make sure to jump so that the glowing object will go over the top of the hot wind. Then put the frozen object in the pedestal on the left. Then go east to the previous room.
Create Armos that go north and south so that they step on the buttons at the same time. You can bind to them for a moment to change their timing. When they step on both buttons at the same time, the north door will open. Go through.
The White Wolfos summons two regular Wolfos. You can summon Wolfos of your own, since they should be fast enough to fight them. Defeat the monsters and learn the White Wolfos echo.
Go through the north door. Beware of the Freezard in the southwest corner of the room, the Freezard near the middle of the room, and the Freezard in the southeast part of the room. Bind to ice blocks and move them in front of the three ice vents. Then go to the northwest corner of the room and get the hot orb, and carefully take it to the pedestal in the southeast corner of the room without letting it get cold. This will melt an ice wall in a previous room.
Go back through the east door, then go through the south door to find an ice orb. Light the torch and move the orb into the flame, then put it in the pedestal on the left. This melts the ice pillars in the room to the north. Now put the frozen orb into the pedestal to freeze the floor in the room to the north. Then go north and step on the button to make the snowball hit the switch. Open the Big Chest to get the Big Key.
Go to the east side of the room, and you can use echoes to reach the hallway above the stairs. Go north in that hallway to get 50 rupees. Then go south down that hallway to fall down below, and go down the stairs.
Check on the waypoint, then stand in the hot spring to recover health if needed, then unlock the Big Door and go through. After a cutscene, you will battle Skorchill.
