Complete the quests Performance Artist!, Endless Stomach!, and Chop 'em in Two!, then check Dampé's journal to start this quest.

How to Complete the Quest

Play Mango Rush in Gerudo Desert until you win the Golden Fan. Read The Tough Mango Plant Lab for tips.

Learn the Crow echo. They can be found east of Gerudo Desert.

Then create a Crow echo on the platform in Dampé's Studio, then talk to him, ask for an automaton, and ask for "get rich quick". Agree to give him the Golden Fan.

Quest Reward

You get the Goldfinch automaton from Dampé. Be sure to talk to Dampé afterward to get the Clockwork Bangle if you give him 5 Monster Stones.
