A scrub in Scrubton heard a voice asking if it wanted to play a game, and the scrub wants you to track down the source.

Where to Start the Quest

After you defeat Smog in the Eastern Palace, go to Scrubton and talk to a scrub, then say you like cotton candy better.

How to Complete the Quest

Go south from the Scrubton Smoothie Shop to find an area with Drippitunes making it rain. Defeat the Drippitunes, and when it stops raining, use fire echoes to light the four torches. The statue will move and you can go down the stairs to the Hidden Ruins.

From the first room, go north, then use echoes to make the Sparks go into the box. Then go through the east door.

Try to destroy the Gohma eggs before they hatch. Then burn the spiderweb above the box that the Sparks need to go into. Then go to the boulder just south of the box, and bind to it and move it out of the way so the first Spark can go into the box. Then burn the web with the Baby Gohma under it, which will also burn the wooden boxes there. Then bind to the remaining boulders that are in the way of the Spark so it can go into the box. Then go north to the next room.

Create boulders to make the southern Sparks enter the box. Then shoot the Armos with an arrow or create an echo at a distance to hit it. The Spark will move on the Armos and should end up on the wall, where it can go into the box. Go through the north door.

Bind to the Sparks to drop them into the pit, then use water block echoes or other echoes to reach the platform. Go to the right and open the chest to get 20 rupees. Then pull the next Spark off of its platform and go to the right to reach the next room.

Create a wooden box echo at a distance for the first Spark to reach the box. Then get in the water and go down and right, and pull the boulders away from the wall so that the next Spark can reach the box. Then go farther underwater and defeat the two Biris, and make an echo so that the final Spark can get off of its platform and move along the wall to reach the box. Go up and go through the opening on the right to reach the next room.

Go to the right again and you will find Smog.

Smog

First, Smog will break into three clouds. Merge them together and hit Smog repeatedly as before. Then Smog breaks into five clouds.

Quest Rewards

You get a Piece of Heart for defeating Smog. Step on the glowing spot, then go south to go outside. Return to Scrubton and talk to the scrub to get the Curious Charm, which greatly reduces damage taken.
