This page explains how to complete the level 87 Endwalker quest "Travelers at the Crossroads".

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Verdict and Execution, and have reached level 87.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Hythlodaeus in Elpis to begin the quest.

Speak with Hythlodaeus

Go northeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Hythlodaeus to proceed.

Speak with Hythlodaeus Again

Go northwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Hythlodaeus to proceed. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Speak with Venat

Talk to Venat to proceed.

Optional: Elpis Aether Current

You can optionally go northeast to find a nearby Aether Current. You can use the Aether Compass (found in Main Menu > Duty > Collection) to help you pinpoint its location. Check on the Aether Current to attune to it.

Search for the Concept Crystal

Go southwest to the orange circle on the map. You can optionally go to the southwest edge of the orange circle to find an Aether Current. Then go to the west edge of the orange circle and check on the sparkling Concept Crystal.

Deliver the Concept Crystal

Go northeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Venat to hand over the Concept Crystal and complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Venat to accept the next quest: A Past, Not Yet Come to Pass.
