This page explains how to complete the level 86 Endwalker quest "Verdict and Execution".

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest A Sentimental Gift.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Hermes in Elpis to begin the quest.

Speak with Doros

Go northeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Doros to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Hermes

Go northeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Hermes to proceed.

Face Down the Lykaon

Dismount and enter the purple circle, then defeat the Fire Aether that attacks. Afterward, defeat the two Fire Aethers that attack.

Stand in Front of the Lykaon and Keep Its Attention

Check on the sparkling Destination to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Emet-Selch

Talk to Emet-Selch to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, you will need to be at least level 87 to proceed to the next quest. After you reach level 87, talk to Hythlodaeus to accept the next quest: Travelers at the Crossroads.
