This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Man from Ul'dah.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Hancock in Kugane to begin the quest.

Follow Hancock

Go south to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Attune to the Aethernet Shard, then go to the quest icon on the map and talk to Hancock. There will be a cutscene.

Afterward, go east to the quest icon on the map and talk to Hancock. There will be a cutscene.

Afterward, go south to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and talk to Hancock to complete the quest.

You may wish to go west and attune to the Aethernet Shard there before you continue.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Hancock to accept the next quest: By the Grace of Lord Lolorito.
