Starting the Quest

Talk to Wheiskaet in the eastern side of Eastern La Noscea to begin the quest.

Hand the Note to Shamani Lohmani

Go northwest to the ferry dock and pay the Ferry Skipper to go to the western side of Eastern La Noscea. Then go north to Wineport and talk to Shamani Lohmani to hand over the apertif order slip and complete the quest.
