Starting the Quest

Talk to Shamani Lohmani in Wineport in the western half of Eastern La Noscea to begin the quest.

Speak with Byrglaent

Go into the building northwest of Shamani and talk to Byrglaent to proceed.

Speak with Shamani

Go back and talk to Shamani to complete the quest.
