Travelers of Norvrandt - Quest Guide

Now that you have been introduced to the Crystarium and have learned more of Norvrandt, the Crystal Exarch is ready to tell you more.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest City of the First.

Starting the Quest

Talk to the Crystal Exarch in The Crystarium to begin the quest.

Speak with the Crystarium Gatekeep

Before you proceed, go north to the nearby Aethernet Shard and attune to it. Then go east to the quest icon on the map and talk to the Crystarium Gatekeep, and say Yes to enter the Crystal Tower. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Speak with the Crystal Exarch

Go to the quest icon on the map and talk to the Crystal Exarch.

Speak with the Crystal Exarch Again

Use the nearby Aethernet Shard to go to the Musica Universalis Markets, or if you have not attuned to it yet, go southwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and attune to the Aethernet Shard. Then speak to the Crystal Exarch. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Speak with the Crystal Exarch Once More

Go southeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap, and attune to the Aethernet Shard along the way. Then go to the quest icon on the map and talk to the Crystal Exarch.

Speak with the Manager of Suites

Talk to the Manager of Suites and say Yes to retire to your quarters. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Inn Rooms on the First

The room in which this cutscene takes place is the inn room. You can speak to the Manager of Suites at the Pendants at any time to visit this inn room just as you would visit an inn room on the Source. It contains a bed, Glamour Dresser, Armoire, Summoning Bell, and the Unending Journey.

Speak with the Crystal Exarch in the Ocular

Go north to the Aethernet Shard and use it to go to the Dossal Gate. Then go east to the quest icon on the map and talk to the Crystarium Gatekeep. Say Yes to enter the Ocular. Talk to the Crystal Exarch to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Returning to the Source from the Ocular

In the Ocular, there is a Portal to the Source on the wall opposite from the entrance. You can use this to return to Mor Dhona at no cost. It is also possible to teleport to any Aetheryte that you have attuned to previously.
