Following your introduction to the First and the Crystarium, you arrange with the Crystal Exarch to seek out Alisaie.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Travelers of Norvrandt.

Starting the Quest

Talk to the Crystal Exarch in the Ocular in the Crystarium to begin the quest.

Deliver the Sealed Missive

Go south and check on the Exit to the Crystarium and say Yes to exit the Ocular. Go west down the stairs and go to the Aethernet Shard.

If you have already attuned to the Amaro Launch Aethernet Shard, use this Aethernet Shard to go there. Go to the quest icon on the map and talk to Cassard to hand over the Sealed Missive.

Otherwise, one way to reach your destination is to use the Aethernet Shard to go to The Crystalline Mean if you attuned to it earlier, then go east to the staircase and go to the top, where you can attune to the Aethernet Shard southeast of the stairs, then go to the quest icon and talk to Cassard to hand over the Sealed Missive.

Another way, if you did not attune to the Crystalline Mean Aethernet Shard either, is to go north in the direction that the orange arrow is pointing, and go up the stairs that you find there. At the top, you can attune to the Aethernet Shard, then go to the quest icon and talk to Cassard to hand over the Sealed Missive.

Or, if you have not attuned to any of the above Aethernet Shards, go to the Crystarium Aethernet Plaza, turn north and go up the curving staircase, then go counterclockwise until you can go north through the archway to the outside. Continue going north to reach an Aethernet Shard. Attune to it, then go east to the staircase and go to the top, where you can attune to the Aethernet Shard southeast of the stairs, then go to the quest icon and talk to Cassard to hand over the Sealed Missive.

Speak with Cassard

Talk to Cassard and there will be a cutscene. From now on, you can now travel to Amh Araeng from the Crystarium by speaking to the Adroid Amaro Tamer at the Amaro Launch.

Speak with Cassard Again

Talk to Cassard to proceed.

Speak with Cassard Once More

Go southwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and talk to Cassard.

Admire the View

Check on the sparkling Destination to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Cassard Once More, Again

Go southwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and talk to Cassard at the top of the stairs to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Cassard to accept the next quest: City of the Mord.
