You hurry back to Tamamizu to present the jewel to the Kojin elder.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest In the Darkness the Magatama Dreams.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Alisaie in the Ruby Sea to begin the quest.

Deliver the Yasakani-no-Magatama

You can either teleport back to Tamamizu, or you can go northeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and go through one of the whirlpools to enter Tamamizu. Go to the quest icon on the map and talk to Bunchin to hand over the Yasakani-no-Magatama. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Alisaie

Talk to Alisaie to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Alisaie to accept the next quest: Breaking and Delivering.
