This quest is available if you have completed the quest Confederate Consternation.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Aranami in the Ruby Sea to begin the quest.

Search for the Missing Confederate Recruit

Go northwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Go to the north edge of orange circle and check on the sparkling Destination.

Speak with the Confederate Recruit

Go northwest to the quest icon on the map. Talk to the Confederate Recruit to proceed.

Speak with Aranami

Go southeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Aranami to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, and have also completed the quests The Solace of the Sea and The Arrows of Misfortune, talk to Hirase to accept the next quest: Alisaie's Stones.
