This page explains how to complete the Endwalker Main Scenario Quest "The Color of Joy".

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Jewel of Thavnair.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Alphinaud in Radz-at-Han to begin the quest.

Speak with Alisaie

Go southeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Alisaie to proceed.

Speak with Alisaie Again

Go northeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Attune to the Aethernet Shard along the way. At the quest icon on the map, talk to Alisaie to proceed.

Speak with Alphinaud

Go northeast through the door, and the path will lead southeast. Go to the quest icon on the map. You can't attune to the Aetheryte yet, so just talk to Alphinaud to proceed.

Speak with Alisaie Once More

Go northeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Go to the quest icon and talk to Alisaie to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Krile at the Baldesion Annex

Teleport to Old Sharlayan and use the Aetheryte to go to the Baldesion Annex. Enter the building and talk to Krile.

Speak with Ojika Tsunjika

Talk to Ojika Tsunjika and say Yes to retire to your chamber and complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, you will need to be at least level 82 to proceed to the next quest. After you reach level 82, talk to Krile to accept the next quest: Sound the Bell, School's In.
