This page explains how to complete the Endwalker Main Scenario Quest "Sound the Bell, School's In".

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Color of Joy, and have reached level 82.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Krile in Old Sharlayan to begin the quest.

Speak with Alisaie

Go outside and go to the quest icon to talk to Alisaie.

Speak with Krile

Use the Aethernet Shard to go to The Studium. (Or, if you haven't attuned to it, cross the bridge, then go northwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Be sure to attune to the Aethernet Shard outside of the building.) Go to the quest icon on the map and talk to Krile to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with the Excitable Student

Go into the building and go to the quest icon on the map. Talk to the Excitable Student to proceed.

Speak with Miss Aliapoh

Go northwest until you can go west through the door. Go straight ahead through the next door and go to the quest icon on the map. Talk to Qih Aliapoh to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with the Level-Headed Student

Go through either of the doors in the northeast wall, then go straight ahead through the next door. Continue going northeast through two more doors to reach the room with the quest icon on the map. Talk to the Level-headed Student to proceed.

Search for Montichaigne

Go through either of the doors in the southwest wall, then go straight ahead through the next two doors. In the southwest hallway, go northwest, then through either door behind Y'thub Tia. Go to the southwest part of the orange circle on the map and talk to Montichaigne to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Studium Deliveries

This quest unlocks the level 80 blue quest The Faculty in this building. This quest is available to crafters and gatherers. It unlocks Studium Deliveries, which give you opportunities to earn crafter and gatherer EXP, and other rewards.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Krile to accept the next quest: A Capital Idea.
