This page explains how to complete the level 80 final quest of Shadowbringers.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest A Greater Purpose.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Alisaie in the Tempest to begin the quest.

Speak with Alphinaud

Talk to Alphinaud to proceed.

Speak with Urianger

Talk to Urianger to proceed.

Speak with Y'shtola

Talk to Y'shtola to proceed.

Speak with Thancred

Talk to Thancred to proceed.

Speak with Ryne

Talk to Ryne to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with the Capitol Attendant

Go southwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Enter the building and talk to the Capitol Attendant to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Amaurot

Use the Duty Finder or Duty Support to enter Amaurot. Please see the Amaurot Guide for a walkthrough.

After you complete the duty in Amaurot and exit the area, there will be a cutscene.

The Dying Gasp

Use the Duty Finder to enter the Dying Gasp. Please see the The Dying Gasp Guide for a walkthrough.

After you complete the duty in the Dying Gasp and exit the area, several cutscenes will play in sequence.

Speak with the Crystal Exarch

Talk to the Crystal Exarch to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Tataru in the Rising Stones

Go southwest and check on the Exit to North Silvertear. Say Yes to proceed, then go northwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Enter the Rising Stones and talk to Tataru to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Trust System

You can now use the Trust system via Main Menu > Duty > Trust to play previously completed duties with NPC avatars. You can level up the avatars to unlock rewards and an achievement.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Tataru to accept the next quest: Shaken Resolve.
