You are finally able to reach the Flagship in Azys Lla, and you hurry to confront the archbishop.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Fetters of Lament, and have reached level 60.

Starting the Quest

In Azys Lla, fly upward to Z 8.2 (check below the minimap to see your current Z-coordinate) and then fly to the quest icon on the map. Talk to the Guidance Node there to start the quest.

Speak with the Guidance Node

Fly up to Z 8.8 (check below the minimap to see your current Z-coordinate) and fly east. Look for the brightly lit archway to the east. Go into it to find the Guidance Node. Try to talk to it, then defeat the 1st Maniple Medicus, followed by the two 1st Maniple Imaginifiers. Do the same when another set of enemies appears.

Speak with the Guidance Node Again

Talk to the Guidance Node and there will be a cutscene.

Aetherochemical Research Facility

Use the Duty Finder or Duty Support to enter the Aetherochemical Research Facility. Please see the Aetherochemical Research Facility Guide for a walkthrough.

After you complete the duty in the Aetherochemical Research Facility and exit the area, there will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

The Singularity Reactor

Completing the Aetherochemical Research Facility unlocks the Singularity Reactor. Use the Duty Finder to enter the Singularity Reactor. Please see the The Singularity Reactor Guide for a walkthrough.

After you complete the duty in the Singularity Reactor and exit the area, there will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room. Be sure to watch the post-credits scenes as well.

Speak with Alphinaud

Talk to Alphinaud to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Alphinaud to accept the next quest: An Uncertain Future. There will be a cutscene.
