Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Scales of Blue.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Tassos in Solution Nine to begin the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Genolt

Talk to Genolt.

Speak with Philomon

Go to the south wall and check the Exit, and say Yes to leave. Exit the building. Go east, then south to the quest icon and talk to Philomon.

Give the Voucher to Philomon

Talk to Philomon and hand over the vouchers.

Drink Your Tonic

Target yourself and use the Energy Tonic on yourself from the Key Items section of your inventory, or you can target yourself and use the icon to the right of the quest name in your list of active quests.

Deliver the Energy Tonic

Use an Aethernet Shard to go to Neon Stein, then go into the bar and talk to Tassos. Say Yes to go in. Talk to Gerolt and hand over the Energy Tonic.

Speak with Wuk Lamat

Talk to Wuk Lamat to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Wuk Lamat to accept the next quest: Little Footfalls.
