Descent to the Foundation - Quest Guide

Shale is eager to get on with it.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Meeting.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Shale in the Backroom in Solution Nine to begin the quest.

Speak with Shale

Check on the Exit to Solution Nine and say Yes. Go north and through the door, then go northwest and use the Aethernet Shard to go to Resolution. Go north until you have gone up a flight of stairs and are in a seating area. Go west, then north to the quest icon. Talk to Shale to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

The Underkeep

Use the Duty Finder or Duty Support to enter The Underkeep. Please see The Underkeep Guide for a walkthrough.

After you complete the duty in The Underkeep and exit the area, there will be a cutscene.

Recollection

Use the Duty Finder to enter Recollection. Please see the Recollection Guide for a walkthrough.

After you complete the duty in Recollection and exit the area, there will be a cutscene.

Speak with Sphene

Talk to Sphene to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Sphene to accept the next quest: Shared Paths. There will be a cutscene.
