This quest is available if you have completed the quest A Sultana's Duty.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Nanamo in The Gold Saucer to begin the quest.

Speak with Hancock

Teleport to Kugane and use the Aetheryte to go to The Ruby Bazaar. Go up the stairs and into the building and talk to the East Aldenard Trading Company Aide, and say Yes to go into the Ruby Bazaar offices. Then talk to Hancock.

Speak with Nanamo in Ul'dah

Teleport to Ul'dah and go to the quest icon on the map, and talk to Nanamo. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Nanamo at the Waking Sands

You will automatically go to the Waking Sands. Talk to Nanamo and there will be a cutscene.

Speak with Nanamo

Talk to Nanamo to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Nanamo to accept the next quest: Securing the Saltery.
