This page explains how to complete the Shadowbringers Main Scenario Quest "A Breath of Respite".

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest That None Shall Ever Again.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Chai-Nuzz in Kholusia to begin the quest.

Speak with Dulia-Chai

Go into the southern building of the village and talk to Dulia-Chai to proceed.

Search for the Crystal Exarch

Go outside and go south to the orange circle on the map. You can optionally check on the Shoebill partway north of the center of the map. Otherwise, go south from the center of the orange circle and check on the Crystal Exarch. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with the Crystal Exarch

Go northwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Go to the quest icon on the map and talk to the Crystal Exarch to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, you will need to be at least level 79 to proceed to the next quest. After you reach level 79, talk to Chai-Nuzz to accept the next quest: Extinguishing the Last Light.
