Minfilia asks you to assist Hoary Boulder and Coultenet in escorting scholars who are taking aetheric readings.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Administrative Decision.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Minfilia in the Rising Stones in Revenant's Toll in Mor Dhona to begin the quest.

Speak with Hoary Boulder

Leave the Solar and go to the quest icon on the map. Talk to Hoary Boulder and there will be a cutscene.

Rendezvous with the Unsettled Scholar

Go to Camp Tranquil in the South Shroud. Go to the quest icon near the Camp Tranquil aetheryte and talk to the Unsettled Scholar.

Follow the Unsettled Scholar

Go north to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Speak to the Unsettled Scholar there.

Stand Guard

Go south to the purple Destination and check on it. Kill the three Violet Flytraps that appear.

Speak with the Unsettled Scholar

Go north to the quest icon on the map and talk to the Unsettled Scholar.

Follow the Unsettled Scholar to Snakemolt

Go east to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to the Unsettled Scholar there.

Stand Guard Again

Go west to the purple Destination and check on it. Kill the two Snakemolt Bats and the Snakemolt Treant that attack.

Speak with the Unsettled Scholar Again

Go to the quest icon on the map and talk to the Unsettled Scholar.

Follow the Unsettled Scholar to Rootslake

Go southwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to the Unsettled Scholar to proceed.

Stand Guard Once More

Go east to the purple Destination and check on it. Kill the two Amdapori Wraiths that appear. After that, kill the three Amdapori Wraiths that appear.

Speak with the Unsettled Scholar Once More

Go to the quest icon and talk to the Unsettled Scholar.

Speak with the Unsettled Scholar at Camp Tranquil

Go northeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to the Unsettled Scholar to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to the Unsettled Scholar to accept the next quest: The Least among Us.
