Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Lord of the Whorl.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Zanthael east of the Limsa Lominsa Aetheryte Plaza to begin the quest.

Deliver the Admiral's Letter

Go west from Zanthael to the Aetheryte Plaza, then go south, and keep left to go down the ramp. Talk to the Inconspicuous Man to hand over the letter and complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Yugiri to accept the next quest: Through the Maelstrom.
