Ysayle will ask an ally among the dragons of Anyx Trine to open the way to Sohm Al.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Worse than Dragons.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Ysayle in the Dravanian Forelands to begin the quest.

Speak with Ysayle

Go southwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. You will need to go along the river, then west from the bridge. Talk to Ysayle to proceed.

Defeat Enemies

Go northwest to the orange circle on the map. Dismount and enter the purple circle. Defeat the Marching Cultivator, followed by the Marching Steeldrone, then defeat the two Marching Firedrones.

Afterward, go north to the orange circle on the map. Dismount and enter the purple circle. Defeat the Marching Cultivator, followed by the Marching Steeldrone, then defeat the two Marching Firedrones.

Speak with Ysayle Again

Go north to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Ysayle to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

After the cutscene, you may wish to attune to the Anyx Trine Aetheryte.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Ysayle to accept the next quest: Gifts for the Outcasts.
