This quest is available if you have completed the quest Lyse Takes the Lead.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Conrad in Rhalgr's Reach to begin the quest.

Speak with Conrad

You can attune to the main Aetheryte and the two Aethernet Shards (one in the west and one in the northeast) before you proceed, but the next quest provides more opportunities to do so as well.

Then go to the quest icon on the map and talk to Conrad to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Alphinaud to accept the next quest: A Haven for the Bold. There will be a cutscene.
