Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Conscripts and Contingencies.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Hien in the Kienkan in the Doman Enclave to begin the quest.

Speak with the Confederate Skipper

You can either teleport to Namai and go south to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap, or you can check on the Exit to leave the Kienkan, then use the Doman Enclave Aetheryte or an Aethernet Shard to go to the One River and fly east to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to the Confederate Skipper to proceed. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Castrum Fluminis

Use the Duty Finder to enter Castrum Fluminis. Please see the Castrum Fluminis Guide for a walkthrough.

After you complete the duty in Castrum Fluminis and exit the area, there will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Speak with Hien at the Doman Enclave

Talk to Hien to proceed.

Speak with Hien Again

Talk to the Kienkan Guardsman and say Yes to enter the Kienkan. Talk to Hien to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Alisaie to accept the next quest: Under the Moonlight.
