Minfilia's desire for the Scions to maintain neutrality is strained by the generous offers of assistance from individuals and organizations throughout Eorzea.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Ultimate Weapon.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Minfilia in the Waking Sands in Vesper Bay in Western Thanalan to begin the quest.

Side Quest: A Recurring Problem

Minfilia will also have a blue quest called "A Recurring Problem". You will eventually need to do this quest, so you may want to take care of it now before you continue. See the A Recurring Problem quest page for more information.

Speak with the Scions

Exit the solar and go north to the storeroom. Talk to each of the Scions to proceed. (If you accepted the side quest as mentioned above, you can talk to Urianger, then Thancred, to proceed with that quest now.)

Speak with Alphinaud

Go south and talk to Alphinaud to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Minfilia to accept the next quest: Moving On.
