This page explains how to complete the level 80 post-Shadowbringers quest "The Flames of War".

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest For Vengeance.

Starting the Quest

Talk to G'raha Tia in Azys Lla to begin the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Thancred

Talk to Thancred to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with the Immortal Flames Pilot

Go northeast until you can go northwest to the Aetheryte Plaza. Use the Aetheryte to go to the Airship Landing. Go to the quest icon on the map and talk to the Immortal Flames Pilot to proceed.

Paglth'an

Use the Duty Finder or Duty Support to enter Paglth'an. Please see the Paglth'an Guide for a walkthrough.

After you complete the duty in Paglth'an and exit the area, there will be a cutscene.

Speak with Alphinaud

Talk to Alphinaud to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Alphinaud to accept the next quest: When the Dust Settles. There will be a cutscene.
