This page explains how to complete the level 90 post-Endwalker quest "The Fallen Empire".

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Like Fear to a Flame.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Jullus in Garlemald to begin the quest.

Speak with Varshahn

Go west to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Varshahn and say Yes to proceed.

Speak with Varshahn at Senatus

Talk to Varshahn to proceed.

Investigate Senatus and Speak with the Residents of Senatus

Go to each of the quest icons on the map to check on the Pile of Crates, talk to Pelagia, check on the Barrel of Ceruleum, and talk to Marcus.

Speak with Varshahn Again

Go to the quest icon on the map and talk to Varshahn to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Maxima

You can either teleport to Camp Broken Glass, or you can go south and check on the Passage to Garlemald to go outside and then go south to where the orange arrow is pointing on the map. Talk to Maxima to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Mettius

Teleport to Tertium and go to the quest icon on the map. Talk to Mettius to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Jullus to accept the next quest: Bonds of Trust.
