Urianger and Y'shtola have deciphered the tablet that you found, which may provide a clue on how to proceed.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Saying Good-bye.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Y'shtola in the Rak'tika Greatwood to begin the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Y'shtola

Go west to go outside, and go west from the Aetheryte to go through the tunnel. Go to the quest icon on the map and talk to Y'shtola to proceed.

Search for the Blessed Watchman

Go northwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Dismount and enter the purple circle, then defeat the Child of the Everlasting Dark that attacks.

Aid the Blessed Watchman

Talk to the Blessed Watchman to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Retrieve Supplies

Go west to the quest icon on the map. Enter the tree via the wooden platform on the northeast side of the tree. Check on the sparkling Outpost Supplies to proceed.

Use a Smoke Bomb on the Beehive

Go northeast to exit the tree, then go northwest to the orange circle on the map. Go to the tree, then dismount and target the Beehive. Make sure you are close to it. Then you can either examine or target it and use the Smoke Bomb on it from the Key Items section of your inventory, or you can target it and use the icon to the right of the quest name in your list of active quests. Defeat the Soldier Bee Cloud that attacks.

Use a Large Burlap Sack to Take Bees from the Beehive

Dismount and target the Beehive. Make sure you are close to it. Then you can either examine or target it and use the Large Burlap Sack on it from the Key Items section of your inventory, or you can target it and use the icon to the right of the quest name in your list of active quests.

Use a Smoke Bomb on the Other Beehive

Go southeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Go to the southwest edge of the orange circle to find the Beehive. Repeat the steps as before and defeat the two Soldier Bee Clouds that attack.

Use a Large Burlap Sack to Take More Bees

Repeat the steps as before to use the Large Burlap Sack on the Beehive.

Give the Buzzing Burlap Sacks to Y'shtola

Go to the quest icon on the map and talk to Y'shtola to hand over the Large Burlap Sacks and complete the quest.
