Having dispatched an Imperial patrol, you proceed with M'naago to Castrum Oriens.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest A Friend of a Friend in Need.

Starting the Quest

Talk to M'naago in the Fringes to begin the quest.

Follow M'naago

Go southwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to M'naago to proceed.

Speak with Raubahn

Go west and cross the bridge, then go south along the dirt path, and go northwest at the fork in the path, to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Raubahn to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Aether Current Quest

With the completion of this quest, you can now start the blue quest "Magiteknical Failure" in the Fringes. Completing that quest will attune you to an Aether Current in this area.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Raubahn to accept the next quest: Best Served with Cold Steel.
