This quest is available if you have completed the quest A Guilty Conscience.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Hien in the Kienkan in the Doman Enclave to begin the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Hien

Check on the Exit and say Yes to leave the Kienkan. Go to the quest icon and talk to Hien to proceed. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Speak with Hien Again

Talk to Hien and there will be a cutscene.

Speak with Hancock

Teleport to Kugane and use the Aetheryte to go to the Ruby Bazaar. Go up the stairs and go into the building. Talk to the East Aldenard Trading Company Aide and say Yes to go into the Ruby Bazaar offices. Talk to Hancock to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Alphinaud to accept the next quest: Gosetsu and Tsuyu. There will be a cutscene.
