Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Duergar's Tewel.

Starting the Quest

Talk to the Crystal Exarch to begin the quest.

Speak with Xamott

You can either teleport to Tomra, or you can go south through the tunnel, then west through the tunnel to reach the outside, then continue going west to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Go to the quest icon and talk to Xamott to proceed.

Speak with Alisaie

Go south to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Alisaie to proceed.

Deliver Pickaxes to Magnus, Rhon Ron, and Kai-Shirr

Go to each of the quest icons and talk to Magnus, Rhon Ron, and Kai-Shirr to hand over the Dwarven Pickaxes. There will be a cutscene after you hand them to each person.

Speak with Alisaie Again

Talk to Alisaie to complete the quest.

Aether Current Quest

With the completion of this quest, you can now start the blue quest "Fugitive of Fear" in Kholusia. Completing that quest will attune you to an Aether Current in this area.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Alphinaud to accept the next quest: That None Shall Ever Again.
