Artoirel asks you to join him in assisting houses Durendaire and Dzemael, rivals of Fortemps, at Falcon's Nest.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Better Half.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Artoirel in Fortemps Manor in Ishgard to begin the quest.

Speak with the Chocobokeep in Foundation

Go outside and use the Aethernet Shard to go to the Skysteel Manufactory Aethernet Shard, or, if you have not attuned to it, go north up the stairs, and keep going north until you can go west down the curving stairway. Go south down the next part of the curving stairway, then go northeast through an archway with stairs leading down. This will take you to Foundation, where you can go southwest to the Skysteel Manufactory Aethernet Shard and attune to it.

From the Skysteel Manufactory Aethernet Shard, go southwest down the stairs, to the orange circle on the map. Talk to the Chocobokeep, then say Yes to travel to Falcon's Nest. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Artoirel

Talk to Artoirel to proceed.

Speak with Redwald

Go down the stairs and turn right, and talk to Redwald to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Redwald to accept the next quest: Work in Progress.
