The Crystal Braves prepare for a counteroffensive against the imperial soldiers that have been spotted at Castrum Meridianum.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Aether on Demand.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Edelstein at the Ceruleum Processing Plant in Northern Thanalan to begin the quest.

Speak with Alianne

Go to the quest icon on the map and talk to Alianne. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Yuyuhase

Go to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and talk to Yuyuhase.

Defeat the Imperial Squad

Go west to the orange circle on the map. Dismount and enter the purple circle. Defeat the Signifer, then the Hoplomachus, then the Vanguard.

Defeat the Next Imperial Squad

Go north to the orange circle on the map. Dismount and enter the purple circle. Defeat the Eques, then the Reaper and Vanguard.

Report to Yuyuhase

Go east to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Yuyuhase to proceed.

Report to Edelstein

Go southeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Edelstein to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Edelstein to accept the next quest: An Uninvited Ascian.
