This quest is available if you have completed the quest A Fresh Start.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Ryne in Amh Araeng to begin the quest.

Speak with Y'shtola at the Crystarium

Teleport to the Crystarium and go east to the quest icon on the map. Talk to Y'shtola to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with the Manager of Suites at the Pendants

Use an Aethernet Shard or the main Aetheryte to go to the Pendants. Go to the quest icon on the map and talk to the Manager of Suites. Say Yes to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room. Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to the Manager of Suites to accept the next quest: Return to Eulmore.
