This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Ultimate Weapon.

Starting the Quest

Talk to the Outlandish Man in Mor Dhona to begin the quest.

Speak with Rammbroes

Go southeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and talk to Rammbroes to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Rammbroes Once More

Talk to Rammbroes to continue.

Obtain Crystals

Teleport to Camp Overlook in Outer La Noscea, then go northeast and into the mines. Go southeast of the center of the orange circle and check on the purple Destination. Defeat the Kobold Rocksplitter.

Teleport to Aleport and go northwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Go to the center of the orange circle and check on the purple Destination. Defeat the Sahagin Waverider.

Deliver the Crystals

Teleport to Revenant's Toll in Mor Dhona. Go southeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and talk to Rammbroes. Hand over the Flawless Earth Crystal and Flawless Water Crystal from your Key Items.

Obtain More Crystals

Teleport to Forgotten Springs in Southern Thanalan, then go northeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Go northwest of the center of the orange circle and check on the purple Destination. Defeat the Amalj'aa Flame-eater.

Teleport to Camp Dragonhead in Coerthas Central Highlands, then go east to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Go southeast of the center of the orange circle and check on the purple Destination. Defeat the Ixali Skycaller.

Deliver More Crystals

Teleport to Revenant's Toll in Mor Dhona. Go southeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and talk to Rammbroes. Hand over the Flawless Earth Crystal and Flawless Water Crystal from your Key Items to complete the quest.
