It's Possibly a Primal - Quest Guide

Just as you are about to look at the new headquarters location, Tataru has an urgent matter for you to attend to at the Waking Sands.

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Laying the Foundation.

Talk to Slafborn in Revenant's Toll in Mor Dhona to begin the quest.

Back at the Waking Sands, talk to Tataru to proceed.

Go downstairs and enter the Waking Sands, then go east to the Solar and talk to Minfilia. There will be a cutscene.

Go to Gridania and go west from the Aetheryte Plaza to reach the Adders' Nest. Speak with Vorsaile Heuloix to complete the quest.

After you complete the quest, talk to Vorsaile Heuloix to accept the next quest: Hail to the King, Kupo.
