This page explains how to complete the level 88 Endwalker quest "Hither and Yarns".

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Sage Council.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Urianger in Labyrinthos to begin the quest.

Aether Current Quests

You can now start two blue quests, each of which unlocks an Aether Current in Labyrinthos. The quests are as follows.

• The Lad in Labyrinthos
• Gleaner's Wish

Search for Alisaie

Go west, and on the way, use the Aether Compass (Main Menu > Duty > Collection) to find an Aether Current to the north. Check on it to attune to it. Then go southwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap.

Pick up the Crate of Samples

Check on the sparkling Crate of Samples to proceed.

Deliver the Crate of Samples to Alphinaud

Go southwest (on foot) to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Alphinaud to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Theopauldin

Go south to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Attune to the Aetheryte. You can optionally go back north through the archway, then use the Aether Compass (Main Menu > Duty > Collection) to find an Aether Current to the northeast. Check on the Aether Current to attune to it. Then you can either teleport back to Aporia, or you can go southwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap, and talk to Theopauldin to proceed.

Deliver the Documents

Go slightly south of the center of the orange circle on the map and talk to the Reserved Representative to hand over the Signed Documentation.

Speak with Theopauldin Again

Go to the quest icon on the map and talk to Theopauldin to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to G'raha Tia to accept the next quest: Once Forged.
