After the Hearer tells you that the elementals refuse to help Gallien, Meffrid asks if you will bring the healing items instead.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Killing Him Softly, and have reached level 27.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Meffrid in Quarrymill in the South Shroud to begin the quest.

Slay Antelope Stags

Antelope stags will be marked on the minimap with a quest icon. If you are having trouble finding them, go to the orange circle marked on the minimap, northeast of Quarrymill. Kill four of them to proceed.

Deliver the Long Antelope Horns

Talk to Meffrid and hand over the long antelope horns.

Deliver Antelope Horns to Buscarron

Go west to Buscarron's Druthers and talk to Buscarron to hand over the antelope horns.

Deliver the Herbal Ointment

Go east to return to Quarrymill and talk to Faramund to hand over the ointment and complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Meffrid to accept the next quest: He Ain't Heavy.
