Cracked Fist asks you to go north to the Ceruleum Processing Plant to meet with General Raubahn for further instruction.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest A Hero in Need.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Cracked Fist in Camp Bluefog in Northern Thanalan to begin the quest.

Speak with Raubahn

Go north along the dirt road, and when it splits, take the northeast path until you go under a bridge. When the path splits next time, take the north path to reach the Ceruleum Processing Plant. Attune to the Aetheryte and talk to the Chocobokeep if you haven't already, then talk to Raubahn near the Aetheryte to proceed.

Find Recruits and Psych them Up

Three recruits are marked on the map. You can go to them in any order. For example, go south and target the Flame Private First Class, and type /psych or /psych motion (the second one will not display a chat message), then go northwest to the Flame Private Third Class and do the same, and then go north to the Flame Private Second Class and do the same.

Go to Edelstein and Psych Him Up

Go south to Edelstein and type /psych or /psych motion (the second one will not display a chat message) to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, you will need to be at least level 50 to proceed to the next quest. After you reach level 50, talk to Edelstein to accept the next quest: Rock the Castrum.
